Synopsis

In an authoritarian America, record-store clerk Nicholas Brady begins receiving mysterious communications from an intelligence he calls VALIS. With his friend Philip K. Dick and a woman who shares the experience, he becomes involved in a resistance whose message may reach far beyond politics.
