About the bibliography
The Philip K. Dick Bookshelf documents editions, appearances, translations, adaptations, and books about Philip K. Dick from around the world. It is an independent bibliographic project created for readers, researchers, and collectors.
This bibliography is the culmination of decades of independent research on Philip K. Dick by David Hyde (also known as Lord Running Clam) and Henri Wintz. Their shared interest eventually brought them together to establish Wide Books, a publishing company dedicated to Philip K. Dick, and to publish the first volume of Precious Artifacts: A Philip K. Dick Bibliography. Since then, Wide Books has published five volumes documenting editions of Dick’s books in the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, and Germany, as well as the second edition of David’s award-winning Pink Beam: A Philip K. Dick Literary Chronology.
Bibliographic sources
Information in this bibliography is drawn from the Internet Speculative Fiction Database (ISFDB), the authors’ personal book collections, and contributions from book collectors and Philip K. Dick fans.
Whenever possible, publication details are checked against physical copies, photographs, publisher information, and multiple bibliographic sources.
Confidence and corrections
Bibliographic records can vary between sources, particularly for publication dates, printings, translated editions, and book-club issues. Records are treated as verified when the available evidence agrees. Incomplete or conflicting information is retained for further review rather than presented as certain.
This remains a growing bibliography. Corrections and additional information from collectors and researchers are welcome.

Send a clear photograph or scan of the front cover, along with the title, country, language, publisher, and publication year if known. Back covers, spines, and copyright pages are also helpful for identifying the exact edition. Please submit one edition at a time.
